Express Consultation
In a pinch & not an existing client? Our standard consults require a minimum of one week to schedule an appointment on a weekday and two weeks if you need a Saturday or Sunday consultation. If you need service to start within 4 days or there aren’t available times to accommodate your consultation request, an express consultation may be for you.
In a standard consultation a pet professional would meet with you and your pet to become familiarized with your home. We are able to skip this step and extend service to you if you meet the following criteria:
- Your pet is completely non-aggressive towards strangers.
- Your pet has no history of attacking, biting, injuring or aggression towards people or other animals.
- Your pet is currently in good health and not on any medications.
- Your pet does not have any injuries or handicaps.
Please note that if we find your pet to not meet the aforementioned criteria on our first visit, we must cancel service. At that point we will contact you to make alternate plans for your pets care.
